How to enter: The Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on 12/27/2004 and ends at 11:59 PM (“EST”) on 2/01/2004. Entrants will be required to provide complete name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, and E-mail address. Limit one entry per person, household, or e-mail address. You may at times receive email offers from Sponsors or carefully selected third parties. If you do not want your email address used for future marketing purposes please check the appropriate box on the entry form. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. All entries must be received by the sweepstakes closing date: 11:59:59 PM EST on 2/01/2004.

Winner Selection: One winner will be selected in a random drawing, from among all eligible entries received, on or about March 1, 2004 by Sponsors, and will be notified via email, telephone and/or mail. If winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win round trip airfare and ground transportation for two (2) compliments of Condé Nast Traveler; Four nights accommodations at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa in the Chateau LaFayette (Sun-Thu, double occupancy); Breakfast each morning; Lunch each day; Dinner each evening (Lautrec, Golden Trout, Seasons, and Tavern or Caddy Shack); Choice of two 80 minute spa treatments; One Round of Golf on Mystic Rock; One Hour Golf Lesson at the John Daly Learning Center; 100 Targets with Equipment at The Shooting Academy (with instructor); One Hour Scenic Trail Ride at The Equestrian Center; Hummer Off Road Driving Experience; Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing (with guide and instruction); Wine Tasting and Art Tour; Shopping at Woodlands World (shopping credit for souvenirs); Approximate retail value of the prize is $5,000 depending on exact itinerary.
